Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by the most uncomfortable night we have had for quite a while. This was a very uncomfortable night. The window had been left open when we arrived and it was only later we realised why. The room stank of drains. The bed was over uncomfortable, with no support. The pillows were too thin. The interconnecting door had no soundproofing and we had noisy neighbours. The hot breakfast selection was limited and the food lukewarm. December 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by “Cheerful” I've stayed in many hotels in many countries around the world and I've experienced friendly staff, not so friendly staff, pleasant and damned right unpleasant staff. But in the hotel, I have indeed experienced the friendliest and most cheerful staff I've ever come across. From the moment that my wife and I entered this hotel reception to the very last second when we left, not once did we encounter any member of staff who wasn't smiling and who didn't greet us as if we were their oldest friends. I really can not speak any more highly of the disposition of everyone we encountered. Thank you for your warmth and hospitality. The reception area is warm and welcoming, the bar is no different and the rooms are clean, modern and functional. The only problem we had was with the TV but it certainly did not detract from the overall standard of our stay. Oh and the car park, possibly the most difficult to find! December 2, 2014

For this standard of hotel, quality and cleanliness are second to none and I know what the breakfast menu will be!! December 2, 2014
