Older property that's perhaps been updated at least once and some minor things need attention: 1) bathroom door would not remain in the open position. 2) clock radio not fully functionable to "wake to music". 3) sink very slow to drain when full. In the end, I will not be staying here again do to extremely slow interenet connection. I like the hotel, the rooms are nice, close to my customer, but I have a need for speed. They really should not be advertising "High Speed" internet because that is really no the case here. April 30, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cleanliness The public areas were pristine, which is a difficult task. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the wonderful blonde Steelers lady in the dining area. The room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. However, the room was not clean. The first thing that I noticed when I walked in was the smell. It was the toilet. It really smelled, and there were yellow water line rings in the bowl. I first added a few drops of shampoo (yours), let it set, flushed, then added a bit of mouth wash (mine). That took care of the odor. There were drip lines on the outside of the toilet bowl. There were black drip lines on the side of the bathtub. There were yellowed water deposits on the sink behind the faucet handle assembly, which indicates a lack of routine cleaning. The carpet looked dusty, especially in the corners. I wiped down all of the hard surfaces with antibiotic cloths: it took two because they came away dirty. Correct these cleanliness problems, and you will have a dandy hotel. You also need to address why the elevator makes such an horrendous noise when it is going up. Holy God! Sincererely, CLB November 30, 2012
