Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One of the best! We had reservations at the Holiday Inn Express in Greenwood, IN and we had a horrible experience with our check in with front desk (Alisha?). We cancelled our reservations at the Greenwood Holiday Inn Express and decided to stay at this hotel. It actually was a blessing, as I look at it now. They were so nice and even brought in an additional tv so our son could play with his gaming system that he had gotten that morning for Christmas. We stay in several hotels a year and this hotel is probably one of the nicest if not the nicest we have stayed in. It was very clean, staff was very pleasant, and food was excellent. We will be at staying at this hotel from now on when we are in Indy….which is 4-6 times yearly. We actually stayed here 3 nights instead of just one night. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!! If available , we always try and seek out a HOLIDAY Inn Express. We can be assured of a clean and comfortable stay. We have recently retired and are going to travel more often. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent staff The staff was very attentive to our needs. A few items my wife dropped were found and ran right up to our room in minutes. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room darkening blinds made for a wonderful relaxing night of rest. We awoke the next day feeling refreshed and ready to go. I enjoyed the breakfast in the main room off the lobby and even took a couple of cinnamon rolls to my wife in our room. The staff was excellent and courteous in every way possible. December 16, 2014
