Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JDS liesure everyone was very courteous and went out of their way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future. The breakfast was very good. There were plenty of items and fresh along with being hot instead of just warm like some hotels. The hostess was extremely courteous and checked to see that we had everything weeded. Just a great stay. November 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Decent stay Hotel was easy to find and was very close to Indiana Grand. Desk staff was friendly but when I asked for upgrade was told there was none available at that time but that we had a king room. Once in the room we found that we had a 2 bed queen room. I called front desk and informed desk staff and at that time I was told we could have a King suite. Not sure how that came about so very quickly, but did work out well for us and we are IHG members but not Platinum Elite as of yet. Room was very clean with very nice note left from the housekeeping staff, hand written, which was a very nice touch. We at one point could hear the people next door so walls are somewhat thin but did not pose a problem for us. I had requested a late checkout of 2 pm which was the latest we could get, but the day of our departure the front desk called at 12:57 asking if we were checking out late, which I informed her that we had requested this the day before already. They were ok with this and told us this was not a problem but kinda felt rushed from that point on even though I informed her we would be leaving a little earlier she stated she would put us down for 1:30 so we would not feel rushed. So we left about 10 min after that as no longer felt comfortable because unsure if this was a communication problem or they just wanted us out. Check in and out was efficient, elevator a little noisy but other than that it was a decent stay. Would probably stay at this hotel again in the future making sure that our checkout time is written down or put in the computer with me seeing this first hand to ensure there are no problems with this, would have rated it at an excellent if not for check out problem.
