Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not as polished and friendly as the last one We have had positive stays at Holiday Inn and Suites, but this stay did not match up. Staff generally seemed inconvenienced by us. Examples: The front desk offered a late check out of 2pm since we are reward members, and then the staff knocked on the door at 1pm asking if we were actually planning on staying later and then openly chose not help us on our way out. Staff smoking outside the front door. We ran out of toilet paper during the second morning and had to go down to get more. Breakfast ran out of several items each day. Binder in the room offered a service to set up a tour of a local horse farm, but then no one at the front desk had any knowledge of this service and nobody helped to investigate the idea. At our last IHG stay we were blown away by the smiles and welcoming demeanor of all the staff from front desk to the maintenance person. Here we rarely got smiles, and only received help from a young man who was cleaning the elevators. Thanks to him! July 29, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A property with some issues Unfortunately we had frequent contact with the front desk to solve problems associated with our stay. 1. Room keys needed to be re-programmed each day - in one case a second time later the same day 2. On our last night we changed rooms due to wet carpeting in our original room. 3. Staff was unable to get the phone in our room to work with the handset. 4. Wi-Fi and internet service slow and unreliable. Apparently a nearby lightening strike affected the Wi-Fi routers a day or two before our visit. July 28, 2015
