Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast My concern was with three items. The bacon was under cooked...chewy not crisp. I did not like the scrambled eggs...watery. The gravy tasted funny. I was afraid to eat it. The rest of the items were find. While some of the food items were less than desirable, the ladies taking care of the counter were quick to keep items stocked and to keep it clean. October 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and breakfast The people were very helpful and friendly. great bed and very clean. The food was great.also. October 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service. The room was spacious, well-designed and maticulously clean. The bathroom was well-equipped with a large marble vanity and a great showerhead. But the best part was the King BED. Several pillows in a variety of densities made it easy to pick my favorite, and I was out like a light! It was so comfy, I needed the delicious breakfast bar to coax me out in the morning. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Whenever I'm in the area, I look forward to staying here again! October 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and quiet room Breakfast eggs and meats were very bland. There was a wide variety of breakfast items to choose from but the taste of foods I chose did not meet my expectations. October 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Comfortable stay, Clean facility, Friendly Staff Wonderful overnight stay. Very clean. warm welcome. Great breakfast choices. October 9, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Good Service and great location My wife and I had very good experience staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Shelbyville,Ky. The motel was clean and comfortable, while the service was excellent. Also the location of the motel was right on Interstate 64, and was a short distance from from attractions in Shelbyville and surrounding areas, especially Louisville. October 6, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by only place in town okay for one night. closest to Shelbyville and very clsoe to outlet mall. rooms and bathrooms are in dire need of a refresh. September 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Calling while on the road While driving to my mothers house in WV . My wife and I decide to break our trip into 2 days. We were traveling south on I 65. When we were deciding to stay. Calling the hotel and explaining that I have a service dog , that is still in training. We were truthful and up front with them. They said there was going to be no problem. Arriving at the hotel, your staff was completely friendly and polite. Check into and stayed in the disabled room which was very nice and comfortable. While getting ready to leave. We stopped and have breakfast. The staff member stated that our service dog was not allowed in the dining room. My wife took her to the car while I started eating . When she returned we finished our breakfast and left. September 24, 2014
