Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 A property with some issues Unfortunately we had frequent contact with the front desk to solve problems associated with our stay. 1. Room keys needed to be re-programmed each day - in one case a second time later the same day 2. On our last night we changed rooms due to wet carpeting in our original room. 3. Staff was unable to get the phone in our room to work with the handset. 4. Wi-Fi and internet service slow and unreliable. Apparently a nearby lightening strike affected the Wi-Fi routers a day or two before our visit. July 28, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great outdoor pool. The outdoor pool was the redeeming quality for our stay. The bathtub didn't drain well. There was dirt and hair in the corners of the bathroom. The vent in the bathroom had tons of dust/dirt stuck to it. The lady at breakfast was great and had everything well stocked. Front desk staff was helpful. July 26, 2015

We booked TWO NIGHTS from out of state for a family burial and received a below average room, smelled (old smoke odor) and did NOT receive any room service. No maid service for second day. Had to ask for towel service and only receive TWO towels. Food service was poor (not because of employee) but failure of MGMT to order enough supplies! I WILL NOT RETURN HERE! I will stay at other IHG hotels however which up to this point have been great. Too bad for this location and the poor management provided! PS: I stay at lots of IHG properties yearly and this was not the norm. My advice is stay elsewhere! July 23, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Cleanliness Overall it was a very quick stay. I arrived at 12:00 Midnight and left at 5:30 AM. Coming in a getting a room to go straight to sleep I had a bathroom with recent/wet brown and Red stains. Looked like kool aid. I could easily wipe with the wash cloth. So the floors were not mopped. Only having 5 hours of sleep ahead of me before I had to get up and drive made me feel like the rest of the room was still dirtly July 23, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Management is a joke! This establishment is not fit to be a Holiday Inn. If Holiday Inn fells otherwise then I will definitely not be using Holiday Inn any more! My rooms had bugs. Management was unresponsive (in fact they left when they knew I was waiting to speak to them). When I did speak to a manager she was rude and not helpful at all. I had to call guest relations to handle the situation. -- Who wants to spend 4 hours dealing with the hotel because of their inefficiencies? The filth behind the sleeper sofa had been there for weeks if not months. The cleanliness of this hotel was not customary for a Holiday Inn. July 20, 2015
