Traveling for wor , always great to run across a gem like this in our travels. Carol was very professional yet very personal. The cleaning staff were very accommodating and friendly as well.
Will not hesitate to go out of our way to stay at this hotel again if anywhere close. ( Red was a hoot as well !!)

Hotel staff were helpful and prompt in providing service, especially the cleaning staff. Food was good for the free breakfast but lacked variety. We enjoyed our stay.

The paint is falling off, there is dirt in the corners, the elevator was dirty, our room had not been cleaned since the last guest or two. The counter in the bathroom was sticky and dirty.

This Holiday Inn was not up to the quality of other Holiday Inns we have stayed at in the past 10 years. Very disappointed in cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms.

Stayed again, last week had my family with me this time and had poor wifi reception in our room. Diligence from the it department attempted to fix wifi signal in our room but evidently that room wasn't getting a good signal. They upgraded us within 15 min, brought us the new room key to our room door without even asking. To top it off, when leaving my oldest daughter forgot her very expensive new camera, we called and told them what we left behind and when we returned to get it, it was already at the front desk waiting on us.. The staff cares about you and how your stay is very uncommon at hotel chains here lately.

Poor service, flies on ceiling, dirty bathroom, poor beds, poor furnace - one of the worse stays with Holiday Inn

The hotel looks brand new. Very clean rooms, and the bed is awesome. The breakfast was very nice too. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We became members of IHG rewards program because of our previous good experiences with Holiday Inn Express. Wherever we've stayed, the quality of the hotels has been uniformly good and we have come to look first for these hotels because of that and the great price. Shelbyville met our expectations and we had another good hotel experience.
