Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Calling while on the road While driving to my mothers house in WV . My wife and I decide to break our trip into 2 days. We were traveling south on I 65. When we were deciding to stay. Calling the hotel and explaining that I have a service dog , that is still in training. We were truthful and up front with them. They said there was going to be no problem. Arriving at the hotel, your staff was completely friendly and polite. Check into and stayed in the disabled room which was very nice and comfortable. While getting ready to leave. We stopped and have breakfast. The staff member stated that our service dog was not allowed in the dining room. My wife took her to the car while I started eating . When she returned we finished our breakfast and left. September 24, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Decent stay This property is decent for the price. Breakfast was pretty good with the exception of the eggs, but there were a good array of other choices. Breakfast should have been served longer than 9:30 am, especially on the weekend. One simple inexpensive suggestion to the hotel would be to create an outdoor seating area, or a few picnic tables at the very least, as there are no balconies and the windows only open a few inches. In other words, a space to sit down and get a little fresh air. September 24, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by average stay I requested that the pillow cases be changed because they seemed to be dirty and used. after returning from work. i noticed that it was not changed. not a good night sleep without pillows. other than that good stay September 9, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Happy Traveler 17 This was our 2nd IGH hotel on our way to CO. We had canceled our other reservation for the Lexington area. We didn't have a reservation for this hotel and checked in with ease to a VERY heavily booked hotel. It pays to be a IHG member! We ended up in a lovely suite with 2 QN beds and a sleeper sofa. After a long visit with family in the Lexington area (staying a bit longer that we should have) and getting on the road in the evening without a reservation, we were very thankful to have a place to sleep and a shorter day of driving the next day. I only have one suggestion: the sleeper sofa once opened hit the small kitchenette cabinet and really needs to be moved or it will look dumpy before long. Great location! after a very .
