The hotel was well maintained both inside and out.
Rooms were clean and comfortable and everything worked.
Pool had towels at the ready and was clean.
In all areas it was clear that the staff was concerned with doing a good job and making sure our stay was a pleasant one. . . . it was!

I understand your hotel is under new management, so I start this by saying I have checked that I would not recommend this property based on the evident lack of experience and training of brand-new staff.
The ladies at the desk were as sweet as pie and anxious to help, but obviously at a loss to know how to handle a problem outside of housekeeping. By the way, the place seemed spotless, so kudos for that.
As experienced travelers know, sometimes the wireless router needs to be reset in order to provide a strong enough signal for guests to use the wireless in the rooms.
The only thing the ladies could offer to me was a long-distance number for me to call; no one seemed to answer at that number.
I'm happy the hallway was clean, because to use the internet to complete my emails, I sat there with my back against the wall completing my work for the night.

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding. It was great hotel. I greatly recommend this hotel. I have nothing bad or negative to say about my stay.

Great hotel. Only problem was the pool closes at 9. All other Holidays Inns I have stayed in the pool has been open until 10. This was not told to us at check out and my son was very upset. Other than that it was a great stay.

The room appeared nice. Bathroom look old and out dated. Tile, tub and walls old. Went to take shower and drain was clogged. We were too tired to call anyone. Slept well. Then when we woke up our clothes on the floor was wet because the wall air conditioner leaked all over our clothes. When we checked out the front desk seemed like the did not care. They had an excuse for the air conditioner. I wanted a discount!! None received. :( I'm glad we were only there one nice in between stops.

After driving for 9 hours, we were looking forward to a relaxing night's stay. Our first room had a broken refrigerator, dirty coffee pot, and no sheets for the sofabed that we needed. Our second room had poor lighting, dirty chairs with dried food on them, no sheets for the sofabed and a floor plan that required us to move the sofa in order to be able to use the sofabed without blocking access to the bathroom and room doors at night. We even had to go to the front desk again to ask for more toilet paper, because that was almost empty, too! It was unbelievable - especially given the rate that we paid. We will explore all other options before considering a Holiday Inn Express stay again during our travels!

As we stay at this hotel frequently throughout the year, we were becoming dismayed & frustrated with the general manager that had been brought in. Let me be candid, he was cheap, no concept of customer service or how to treat or train his staff and, the quality and care of this hotel went down hill quickly. Our stay in early June was much improved with a new general manager who has a penchant for customer service and how to treat guests. There was a marked difference with the staff and property overall. Mind you, there is still need for improvements. For instance, bathrooms need to be repaired -- toilets not flushing properly; leaking faucets, and proper heavy duty cleaning. This is still a good hotel to stay in and now with the right management in place our hope is that it returns to a great place to stay.
