Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice visit with very welcoming staff! The perfect place for a perfect weekend. We were in town for my daughters graduation and was lucky to experience Thunder Over Louisville! Having a clean, and quiet, place to come back to each night and having a great breakfast to wake up to was perfect. But the friendly staff was the best part! You can teach great customer service, but it takes people with heart to carry it through, Everyone from the desk attendants to the housekeeping treated us like we were regulars. Thank You! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean Room, but a couple of problems... Room clean. Plenty of towels in bathroom. Good breakfast and pleasant staff. However, there was only one chair in the room. With two people in a room, there should have been a second chair. The drapes did not close and there were many lights on in the area outside the room. Problem solved by pulling panels together in the middle and using a large safety pin! Otherwise the room would have been too bright to have slept. April 18, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed our stay This was the first time I have used points to pay for our room, because of this I was expecting one of the less desirable rooms. Was truly surprised , I think it was one of the better rooms in the hotel. The room was very quiet an comfortable. Breakfast was very good, And staff was very helpful. We had time to kill and they told us of some shopping areas, even printed out some driving directions for us. Even the house keeper on out floor was a pleasure to talk with. I have heard that in the past this hotel did not have such a good reputation. But I must say that the new owners are doing a great job. This is the place I will return to when in the area.
