Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by nice for the area things were fine they have a great staff and a clean hotel. They need to update rooms a bit but very comfortable. They had a great breakfast but need a bigger area to sit. the cookies went fast at night and the desk staff said they could make no more for the evening. they did not recognize that I was a member of IHG rewards December 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Sheldon, IA I am a frequent business traveler and over the years have picked out hotels in my territory that provide value, cleanliness and an overall bang for my dollar. I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and the staff is more than accommodating, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. On my last visit I held a business function in their conference room at the hotel. The room is designed for around 30-35 people, so it works fine for presenting to small groups.The conference room was in proper order, had pens on hand along with plates and napkins (just in case) and asked if I needed anything else to just let them know. I highly recommend this hotel and if you have any concerns while there, it's as simple as letting the staff know and they will provide for your needs. December 8, 2014
