Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall great place to stay in Sherman The staff is always friendly. The rooms and guest areas are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. I do wish they would improve their WIFI service. I and a family member had work to do and neither of us could not complete it because the connection could not be maintained during the evening hours. Also, their plumbing fixtures in the bathroom, especially showers, seem like they could use some attention October 26, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by holiday inn express When we arrived the rooms that we had reserved were not available. We were put in reqular rooms with queen beds instead of the suites that we reserved. We were charged the same rated for the regular rooms as we had booked the suites for. The regular rooms were not large enough to accomidate our needs therefore we had to get a third room. I travel a great deal and see a variety of people staffing hotels, Spencer is one of the individuals every hotel should have on staff. The property was great and enjoyed my stay. October 23, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall great stay This hotel smelled so clean and looked clean and fresh as well. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating! My only issue....we stayed for three days...and I slept by myself on one side of one of the beds, and I did not request cleaning service, except for clean I was checking out, I pulled the sheets back only to discover three stains on the sheets on the opposite side of my bed (they appeared to be blood stains). Ugh! I decided to pull the sheets off and to my horror, those stains went all the way through to the mattress pad! So apparently, the cleaning staff had not changed the sheets between guests. The only comfort I had was knowing that I had not slept on that side. I only wish I had pulled the sheets back all the way before crawling in on my first night! I did not say anything to the front desk, because we were in a hurry to check out and at that point there was nothing they could do. October 21, 2014
