Once again we made the right choice by staying at a Holiday Inn Express. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The two managers I had the pleasure of talking with, day and night shift wre amazing. This is an outstanding establishment, ran very well.

As a premium elite member I was sorely disappointed with this visit. The night desk clerk was slow and sometimes the front was abandoned for thirty minutes at a time. I asked for a late check out. He originally told me no however when I mentioned the premium elite status he relented for 2 hours. A friend who went to the desk later was given immediate late check out and for a longer period than I even though they were not priority club members. Also I asked him to use a prepaid credit mentioning that I knew it was forty short and I would pay the rest with cash. He said it was declined, however when I called about the card they said it was fine it was that the clerk had entered the total amount instead of the $200 that was on the card. I could go on and on about this gentleman but I'm sure you heard enough. Probably will never return to this location.

Good value and I really appreciate having a fridge in the room, even though I was there only one night. I always enjoy the breakfast and especially the cinnamon rolls. I think this was my third stay at this HI Express. It's my first choice when I am in the area.
My only complaint is that I was not greeted as a Priority Club member.

As a priority club member we normally receive a welcome package at all Holiday Express inns that we have stayed at,but i was told that they didn't have any made up. I went to the desk later on and was told the same thing. Then at breakfast they didn't have any cream for coffee and all coffee jugs was empty except for one. Asked for cream and had to wait for them to empty garbage cans. No hard boiled eggs and no freash fruit. The room was great and quite. I stay at Holiday Inns for the discount and points and breakfast . Was not treated like a club member.
