It is always a clean, comfortable, quiet hotel with very friendly, personable and attentive staff...from the front desk to the cleaning and breakfast staff. A great hotel for the value and conveniently located. October 2, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Run Down for a Newer Hotel Taking 5yo granddaughter to St. Louis for a show and wanted hotel with indoor pool that didn't cost a fortune. Found this in O'Fallon. Great location for what we wanted. Indoor pool seemed great until we actually got into it. Water seemed greenish. Green algae stains behind the clear glass depth numbers on the sides. Felt concerned about staying in there too long with granddaughter. This normally would not be such a big deal for me as I rarely use the pool, but letting granddaughter swim was the purpose of this weekend get-away. On the up side, she accidentally left her stuffed lemur in the pool area that evening. The next morning we found him hiding in a tree in the pool area. KUDOS to the staff who rescued him and put him there for us to find. Using the bathroom in the pool area, it was almost impossible to open and close the door. Found the door jamb was coming apart. Hot tub was permanently shut down with a sign on it that it was not repairable. In fairness to the hotel, they said they had removed that feature from the web site. Still a little tacky to have a hot tub roped off with yellow tape. Liked proximity of the ice machine to the room. Breakfast was good and free. Loved that IHG allows "partial" point redemption. Pay partially with points and partially with cash. Reduces the rate but does not wipe out your points. Asked for late (2pm) checkout next day but was told hotel was full and could only do noon. I invoked my SPIRE ELITE status to no avail. Late checkout is supposed to be one of the perks of ELITE status, or NOT. October 1, 2015
