Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by poor front desk service We were overcharged. The front desk was rude. The fire alarm went off at 6:30 am. We left the hotel and realized no one else was exiting. We asked the man at the front desk if it was safe to come in. He was very rude in his answer and stated the girl burned the breakfast. Very unsatisfied with the hotel. July 23, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great breakfast, location and comfortable beds Our stay was satisfactory. The room was comfortable. My only complaint was the air conditioner. It was hard to regulate and there was visible white mold in the coils. The breakfast was the best continental breakfast we've ever had. The staff was super friendly. June 30, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing This was my third stay at this hotel in 3 weeks; hence, I stayed in 3 different rooms. Each room had extremely poor lighting in the bathroom. This may be acceptable to a male, but as a female, I need better lighting in the bathroom to prepare myself for work in the mornings. On my most recent stay, the light in the ceiling next to the bathroom was burned out. This made the bathroom lighting even worse. When I asked to have the bulb replaced, the front desk clerk replied, "Maintenance already left for the day." Something should be done about the lighting. June 18, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Slept well I am never let down when staying at a Holiday Inn Express. The beds are comfortable as well as the climate control. Rooms are clean and staff are proactive to our needs. Breakfast could use an upgrade on quality but overall its nice to be able to get a good cup of coffee and something on the breakfast bar to start the day. June 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great room, Amazing beds! 5 stars on everything but Breakfast. Every staff member I saw greeted me with a smile and a friendly face. Super clean every where. Parking area is very well lit! About Breakfast at 0900 No toast offered at all and no bacon either. When my daughter and granddaughter came down at 0915 The pancake machine was empty and since they were closing at 0930 they did not refill it. Not the end of the world at all. Lots of choices and they did offer eggs, cereal, sausage and fresh fruit at that time. The early bird gets the bacon and pancakes! June 9, 2015
