Everything at the hotel was great, except the way the manager treated people during check-in. He was evidently in a bad mood, and he snapped at me and others (rooms still weren't ready after 3pm check in time). The rest of the staff, especially the housekeeping and breakfast crews, were very nice. Breakfast was great, and the dining area was very spacious and well-maintained.

Not recognized as Sprir elite member, no welcome points offered , no goody bag offered.
Breakfast was better than usual for HIE, bisquits not hard like they usually are , I may stay here again.

It was real nice. I was very pleased with everything. It was close to the hospital, also. That was a big plus for us.

My fiancee' and I went to this hotel, just for a relaxing weekend, just to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life we get trapped in. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the front desk associate Shetima, she was very upbeat and courteous, as we all know good customer service is hard to find. Throughout our visit she was always there, she worked an double shift and still was able to maintain good customer service and an upbeat attitude, she is an ideal employee and probably should be the manager . This hotel is a must go just to relax and unwind get a Jacuzzi suite and lay back.

I slept soundly the first night, but the bed's stiffness really dogged me the second.
The pancake machine produced some large, slightly undercooked pancakes for me, rather than the 10 mini pancakes advertised. It worked before and after me, so I don't quite get why. They were still edible: no liquid, but a little undercooked.
The internet was the big disappointment. When it worked, it was slow. It refused to work with my computer one night, so I had to call up tech support and they took 10 minutes fixing it (though it felt like much more). I have no idea what it did, but the guy needed my MAC address for it (and he repeatedly asked for the "wireless" address rather than the MAC address, which didn't impress me).
