The gal that is at the front desk when I checked in , is by far the absolute BEST person I have ever dealt with and I stay in motels 4 nights a week. I wish I had her name, but she was working when I checked in for this stay and even remembered my name as I stay here frequently
On the bad side , I am still very angry about the fire alarm on Wed night that lasted from 12:40 to 1:30AM. This was very disruptive and not so much of even an apology for the sleep interuption and i couldn't get bak to sleep. I also had a 7 am wake up call scheduled which never happened either
Overall, I enjoy very much staying here

Second time and last time staying at this hotel. No maid services and management was rude. Management promised discount but at check out not on bill. Same problem first time at hotel. Management told me I paid too much for room. I booked thru Holiday Inn site

service is one of the better ones. The location is great for my clientel and it has all the resturant of variety needed.

There was a lot of noise coming through the ceiling from people walking with the sound coming through.
There was no door hanging tag to advise no service wanted.
