Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nearly a five The room was clean. The service was good. The hot tub was great(my wife's comment). The only complaint we had was the breakfast. We went to waffle house the second day. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will probably stay again. January 9, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Fire alarms They had a water pipe burst in the middle of the night causing the fire alarm system to activate. Took about an hour to get the fire alarms to shut off. I understand these types of things happen but there seemed to be no effort to compensate or even say 'sorry for the inconvenience'. Overall the place was nice and in a good location for me. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by reception and fire alarm The gal that is at the front desk when I checked in , is by far the absolute BEST person I have ever dealt with and I stay in motels 4 nights a week. I wish I had her name, but she was working when I checked in for this stay and even remembered my name as I stay here frequently On the bad side , I am still very angry about the fire alarm on Wed night that lasted from 12:40 to 1:30AM. This was very disruptive and not so much of even an apology for the sleep interuption and i couldn't get bak to sleep. I also had a 7 am wake up call scheduled which never happened either Overall, I enjoy very much staying here December 4, 2012

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No maid service with poor management Second time and last time staying at this hotel. No maid services and management was rude. Management promised discount but at check out not on bill. Same problem first time at hotel. Management told me I paid too much for room. I booked thru Holiday Inn site November 23, 2012
