Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by BAD EXPERIENCE WITH STAFF AND MANAGER I stayed in this hotel many times, but this stay I was very disappointed for what the hotel stuff and the manager did. United called me around 2:00 PM my next morning flight was cancelled do to an incoming snow storm(this was on Wednesday), the next flight out was on Friday, so I changed the ticket from Shreveport to Dallas. I called the front desk and I explained what happened, and i ask if was OK for me to check out, I am Platinum and always I can get the late check out. I rushed down stairs and the same person that told me that was OK, she said that she was charging me for the full day, when I wouldn't be there. So i called the manager, and she was worse then the stuff, the Hotel was not sold out, the lady that cleaned my room, did not spend more the 3 minutes inside the room. So i called Customer relation and the lady told me that absolutely i should not pay. She talked to the manager and she had to send to her 20000 points for my early check out. I thank Customer relation for what they did, but this Holiday Inn Express will never see me there ever!! I will tell this to all my co -workers and friend. This manager made few extra box with the holiday Inn points, but will lose many customers for the action against me. PS My rate was AAA rate, so I can check out any day of my stay. March 21, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by breakfast and room I was disappointed that you no longer have hot chocolate available with breakfast, and the bananas looked terrible. We haven't stayed there in quite a while, but it used to be you could get hot coffee 24 hrs a day. When I asked about coffee the other night I was told they only make coffee in the morning. We stayed there twice in about a 2 week span and the pancake machine was broke down both times. I am handicapped now and very much appreciated the walk in shower and the fact they put me on the ground floor. thank you March 10, 2015
