The staff at the front counter was ready with out key cards and did not waste time. They just gave me the key cards and told me where the elevators were. Fast and simple. May 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fine hotel but sketchy area The hotel is not in the best place but it is fine once inside. The internet was real slow and I had to use my cell phone hot spot instead. The fitness center has old equipment that wasn't the most stable. Might sound petty, but it is one of the few Holiday Inn Express where I consistently do not get welcomed as a Gold member or receive amenity bonus points. April 30, 2015
