Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel Comfortable bed and I liked the pancake machine at the breakfast buffet. The hotel was clean. The only thing I didn't like was the loud noise the a/c made every time it turned on. I also wish they didn't share the swimming pool with the other hotel. It was too crowded. September 4, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by TV Internet The staff were wonderful. The management would not respond to any of the requests or make time to resolve the issues at the hotel. The management was only interested in the staff logging the information. It took five days to get a working TV/Remote. The business center is old and slow. No scanners are available for use by the hotel guests. The monitor available in the business center should be turned into a fish bowl and the monitor sent for use by the hotel should be returned by whom ever has it at home. August 26, 2014

I travel ALOT for work, and I have to say that this is one of the friendliest, cleanest, and most welcoming hotels I've ever stayed at. That's why I always stay here when I have to come to the Fort to work. Whatever you are doing, keep it up! I'll be back in a month! Go Sox! August 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excemplary Love this hotel. I've stayed at several HIE locations across the US, and this is among the best of them. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, as I've usually encountered. The facility is basically new and well kept. They've also included a nice southwestern touch in the decor. Free WiFi and wired if you need it. The breakfast is good, but not gourmet by any means. Overall, we were very comfortable and could easily relax and rest well. Bottom line is that I would definitely stay here again. August 16, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by noise I stayed in the room next to the pool entrance. I could hear people talking loudly and going to the pool. Also was awakened by guest above me walking around their room. Over-all, had a great experience and would recommend the hotel (already have) for future lodging. I will return for another business trip later this year August 1, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Polite and Professional Service The entire staff treated me and my grandchildren as though we have been there before. The room staff provided a clean room. The gentleman in the dining area provided a tray when I brought food to my grandchildren. The pool maintenance acknowledged me as I was sitting by the pool. The front desk people were helpful in providing information regarding places to eat. When coffee was used in the room and more was wanted, there was coffee in the hallway. We enjoyed our stay.
