Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by High Stress Work in the area….perfect Hotel!!!!! We spent several nights in Sierra Vista at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. I absolutely loved it! Our work was stressful and days were long. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is very accommodating and professional. This was my first time in Sierra Vista but I now want to bring my family back for vacation.. nice town, good restaurants (don't get delivery from the Fortune Cookie) and the HIE is wonderful. Thanks too Anita and the entire staff for making our stay so wonderful! Clean and I love the cowboy/western decor!!! As an owner of an IHG propertyI have true appreciation for quality in lodging and service. This place is wonderful. I will be back with my family! September 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The best staff ever! I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Sierra Vista, Arizona from 1-3 September 2014. The staff was the most professional ever. The General Manager is so awesome. She is truly a leader. I recommend everyone who comes to the city of Sierra Vista to please stay at this hotel. It is truly above par! September 6, 2014

The only thing I didn't like was the loud noise the a/c made every time it turned on. I also wish they didn't share the swimming pool with the other hotel. It was too crowded. September 4, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by TV Internet The staff were wonderful. The management would not respond to any of the requests or make time to resolve the issues at the hotel. The management was only interested in the staff logging the information. It took five days to get a working TV/Remote. The business center is old and slow. No scanners are available for use by the hotel guests. The monitor available in the business center should be turned into a fish bowl and the monitor sent for use by the hotel should be returned by whom ever has it at home. August 26, 2014

I travel ALOT for work, and I have to say that this is one of the friendliest, cleanest, and most welcoming hotels I've ever stayed at. That's why I always stay here when I have to come to the Fort to work. Whatever you are doing, keep it up! I'll be back in a month! Go Sox! August 19, 2014
