Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unorganized staff I stayed here 4 nights. I booked a king room for those 4 nights. I spent 3 out of the 4 nights in a queen room. The first night I had to take a shower in about 4 inches of water. I immediately told the front desk and they said it would be fixed the next day. When I returned the next night it was not fixed. I asked to be moved rooms and they put me in a queen room. I was told that they would have a king room for the last two nights. I returned the next night and they had no king rooms available. On the last night of my stay I returned to my room to find a dirty cleaning rag on my bed. It was disgusting. I brought it down to the front desk and the guy told me " wow your having bad luck here huh." The next morning I checked out and asked to talk to the manager. She was not in. Left a message to have her call me and have not received a call to this day. The staff and manager at this hotel are unresponsive, unprofessional, and unorganized. It means nothing to be a platinum rewards member at this hotel. I will never stay here again April 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Loved our suite! It is difficult to find a hotel that accommodates 5 people. This hotel offers rooms with two queen sized beds and a sofa bed, which was perfect for our family. Beds were wonderful, the breakfast was good, and we had a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel! Oh....and as IHG Rewards Club Members, we were able to have a 2:00 pm checkout time. What a deal that was. We had gotten in late from a wedding reception the night before and loved the extra sleep. We actually woke up for breakfast and went back to bed because the beds were so comfy. April 23, 2015
