This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. If I had any complaint it was the temperature control. It didn't seem to make a difference what I set the heat at, it became too warm for my taste. Otherwise an excellent stay. And the free breakfast the next morning was better than most hotels I have stayed at.

The hotel was clean, the pool was a huge hit with the kids and there were plenty of choices for breakfast.

we stayed here on the way back from NOLA, just down the road from Lamberts. Nice staff, clean room and quiet.

No goodie bag at check in for being a rewards member.
Bed was very uncomfortable and sheets would not stay on.

The professionalism and friendliness of the staff at the front desk and breakfast area was excellent. The hotel itself is below Holiday Inn Express standards though. Our rooms air conditioner had frozen up when we arrived causing a large wet spot on the carpet and a very humid damp room. The breakfast area is smaller than usual.

Stayed in a room that was supposed to be no smoking, still trying to get the smell out of my clothes, luggage, computer bag...
Staff insisted it was a no smoking room, no effort was made to improve the situation, platinum elite status doesn't mean much at this HIE. Rooms need some updating.
