Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty and under construction This place is unsatisfactory compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels. It was dirty and under renovation as it is being converted to another brand. The TV didn't work and we had to move to another room after having unpacked. The wifi quit in the early morning and was finally fixed after a call to the front desk. The staff was very good and tried to help but the facilities are bad. February 13, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Great Staff but outdated and dirty The hotel staff at this location was exceptional. They were friendly and helpful. All of them, right down to the gal who put out breakfast. The lobby was recently remodeled but the rooms were only partialy remodeled. Unfortunetly the room was terrible. It was not clean, furniture was dirty and outdated. I wore flip flops in the shower due to the state the tub was in and the poor drainage. The rate for this hotel is out of line and it should not have the name Holiday Inn Express. The staff deserves a quality hotel to match their great service. February 1, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Why so dirty? Yes, I realize you're undergoing remodeling, but that doesn't excuse the dirty hallways and common areas. Even the water cooler was filthy. This was inexcusable. Our room was less than perfect. Again, quite dirty. Overall, very poor experience. We won't be back and suggest you avoid this hotel. January 17, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Inspect your heating / ac unit before you accept the room We stayed at this HIE once before and had a very good experience. However, arriving at 10 p.m. after a long day of driving and a long day the next day, we were ready for a really good nights sleep. WRONG. The bed was not particularly comfortable; actually felt worn out and exceedingly soft. More consequently (because when tired I can sleep on a bad bed), the room heating/ac unit made chirping noises all night long. Even after I turned it off, about every 20 minutes something would cycle on and start chirping. I got NO deep sleep at all. Next time I will ask to check out the heating/ac unit before I accept the room. January 6, 2014
