Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Staff unprofessional behavior and conduct.
The staff in the front never greeted us when we first check in and when I asked the question about checking out at 1130, he immediately pointed at the signed with the high tone of voice saying " NO THE SIGN SAID CHECK OUT AT 1100! "
He then answered the phone and started yelling at the customer about how much it's going to cost them to stay for one night.
When he hanged up the phone, I notice the violent attitude and facial expression.
I asked him if I can have some tooth paste and told me that the tooth paste is already in the room. I know that there's no tooth in the room so I asked him again if I can get an extra. He responded with the high tone of voice " WAIT FOR 2 MIN!"
I do not have his name but the staff in the front desk is from India.

First time traveling to DC, this hotel worked out great for me. I had no car but this location had lots of food options nearby and between the hotel and the metro station as well. There was sushi, Peruvian grilled chicken, Italian, subway, a noodle place, Vietnamese, a brewery, just to name a couple. Metro stop is about a 15 minute walk, metro ride from there to the Washington mall takes about 30-40 mins depending on how far you have to walk and if you need to change trains somewhere to get to your destination.
And like most HIE's, the room was clean, bed was comfortable and clean, staff was helpful and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

I really liked the way the hotel staff made my visit a perfect one.
I did have some problems in the first day with the roller beds, but the staff recognized the problem and offered us another room to accomodate
I will definitely recommend and book this hotel again
