Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Hotel, Great Staff We stayed there a couple of weeks ago and were greeted at the counter by an extremely friendly lady who even provided us with cookies and bottled water after learning we'd been in the car all day. The room was clean, beautiful and an excellent value, as we were traveling with two teenagers and we had a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. The breakfast in the morning was a nice change from the cereal or muffins that you get from other places - it was nice to be able to have eggs, etc. The location was also great and they give you discount cards to local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. May 9, 2013

The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was very accomodating, helpful, friendly and made the stay feel like a family experience. We were greeted with enthusiasm and genuine concern every time we entered the motel during our three day stay. And yes, Karla, I did have that beer by the pool. Thank you for suggesting it. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and there are lots of new places to discover in the area. The rooms were quiet, clean and very comfortable. April 6, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Stay Upon check-in desk clerk Sophia was extremely pleasant & helpful. The night before arriving I tried getting reservations using government/military discount rate & 2 adjoining rooms. I was told the best rate I could get was AAA/AARP & queen suite (2 queen bed w/sleeper pull out). Anyway Sophia was able to accommodate my request. Of course it cost a few $$$ more having 2 vice 1 room, but it was well worth it overall. I as well as 2 other family members were very pleased, especially after seeing the other hotels/motels in the area. Holiday Inn Express for sure stood out & above all the others. Throughout my stay I observed different desk clerk personnel communicate with other guests & all exchanges were professional & pleasing. My hat goes off to the management & staff of this hotel. I will strongly recommend this hotel to others as well as stay here again myself whenever in the area. The location was a bit far from where we were visiting property in Dunnellon, however we were expecting to go on the glass bottom boat ride @ the Silver Springs State Park, however the price was outrageous. No individual price for boat ride, had to pay full admission rate of $34.95. The hotel via room keys offer discounts @ a couple of local dining establishments. My advice to future guests is to err on the side of caution when choosing a place to dine. The experience my family & I had at the 1 we selected was not favorable. March 28, 2013

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff at the reception was friendly and very helpful, what made us feel very welcomed. We can recommend this property for those who are looking for a convenient and comfortable place. March 1, 2013
