From the moment we stepped into this hotel we have felt like we were the only guests staying there, front desk staff go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible...even to the point of anticipating your needs.....Wow!
Desk staff both day and evening were the same way!
Housekeeping....where do you get so much energy and love of your work? wonderful people in housekeeping! Just loved them...room was always very clean, looked gorgeous! if supplies are needed they graciously gave us more! Awesome staff!
The breakfast hostess kept everything filled up and clean! so friendly and helpful!
I can not say enough good things about this HIE.....One of the best experiences i have had to date and I stay exclusively at Holiday Inn Express! For this reason!
Top notch facility.....Top notch staff!!!!! Keep up the good work!

I am a huge fan of Holiday Inn Express. Upon checking in the desk clerk was nice and welcoming. That ended my good experience. The mattress was so bad that we slept on top of each other as it sank in the middle. The pillows were worn and smelly. The room had a odor and was full of stale air. This was the last room available and no other Holiday Inn was available in the Lady Lake, Ocala area, so we had to stay. The next morning, the breakfast attendant greeted us warmly and the food was good. The front desk people did not even acknowledge our presence as we were walking about gathering our belonging and taking them to the car. No good morning, no did you enjoy your stay, nothing. I hope I am not forced to stay at this location again.

If you are looking for the perfect getaway for your family...this is the hotel for you! It is wonderfully located and staffed with the friendliest and most helpful people. We really enjoyed their service and their accommodations. The Silver Springs park is literally across the street! We will be coming back real soon. A free breakfast every morning, the option to upgrade our suite, and an early check-in were just a few of the extras we really appreciated.

Our one night stay was great with no problems The staff was very nice. The desk clerk recomended Harrys for dinner ,it was great . I would definately stay at this hotel again .

Friendly service, received local restaurant coupons at check-in. Nicely decorated room and very comfy beds. Our room was nicer and had newer furnishings than other huge resort hotels we've stayed at in other states. Nice breakfast buffet too. Would definitely stay here again.

Visiting the Ocala National Forest and kayaking Silver Springs river, this is the ideal location.
Very nice and helpful people from front desk to breakfast to the cleaning staff.
Had hard and soft pillows. but my personal need was somewhere between the both, but that's obviously different for each individual, and if that the worst comment you can muster you know the overall experience was good.
Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

We had a little trouble locating the hotel, so when we arrived, the young lady at the desk insisted on giving us an upgraded room. She was just a sweetheart--gave us information for calling out for delivery, getting to I-75--topped off by some delicious cookies! We always stay at Holiday Inns. This particular one reminded us why: cleanliness, value, and, most importantly, staff.

We were in town for the Mustang show at Silver Springs. The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure everyone enjoyed the stay. Gret Service, Great Staff, Clean room and we had a wonderful time.

This overnight stay was a first for us as we were traveling to St. Augustine. We were very impressed with the hotel in general. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The only minus to our visit was eating in a restaurant close by, which was suggested by the front desk. Of course this had nothing to do with the hotel. We would stay here again.

We have enjoyed stays year after year with Holiday Inn Silver Springs. Previously we stayed at the previous Holiday Inn and now have enjoyed the Silver Spring Holiday Inn Express since it opened. We look forward to our visits.

We enjoy this HI Express ,as one of the best. Room was clean and quiet, the TV had lots of channels. Very pleased with the breakfest selections, much better tasting and presented than most Loved the round eggs so it can be put on a bagel/English muffin ,for on the go! Staff was pleasantt. Great location with lots of nice places to eat. Ocala is down the street and if there when their Christmas decoratinos go up in their downtown district, by all means GO, amazing!

Most "quiet" rooms ever. Great beds. Staff was very helpful, asked for an extra desk chair and they brought one right up. Breakfast well stocked, good food. Could use a bit more variety on the hot food for people eating there every morning. Cleaning people all very friendly.
