Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 交通便捷,环境,服务,设施一流 本次新加坡亲子游岛内选择holiday inn express Clarke Quay体验非常棒!酒店位置非常便捷,临近景点克拉码头,步行过去只需几分钟,而且离地铁也较近。整个酒店非常新,但又没有新酒店难闻的气温,无论是建筑外观、还是内部设计都非常时尚、富有科技感。房间有点小,但也基本能满足三口之家的入住(小朋友4岁),房间整理很干净,卫浴设备也很干净。虽然临近马路,晚上有车辆进过的声音,但酒店工作人员,特别是前台接待,入住及退房手续办理都很快,笑容也很温暖。早餐环境很好,分室内和室外区,品种选择很多,好过许多国内的holiday inn。总之,这次入住体验极好,感谢holiday inn Express@Singapore Clarke Quay. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic help from staff The hotel is new and centrally located. Great for exploring Clarke Quay and Robertson Quay. Room and bathroom were small but were adequate for our 2 night stay. Breakfast was busy but we managed to get tables every morning. We also enjoyed the pool and gym on the rooftop. What I want to commend the hotel on is the service after we checked out. I left something valuable behind in the room safe and they went out of their way to retrieve it within a couple of hours late at night. I am very grateful for the help from the staff and I think that distinguishes this hotel from others. February 26, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Short Stay in Singapore This hotel has an excellent location It is easy to walk to the mass transit system and of course to the Clark Quay The hotel is new and very lovely. The rooms are compact but highly functional. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and well presented. The staff is very customer focused. I will definitely use this hotel again when I am in Singapore. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Much Room for Improvement Loved the idea of pre-check in but was disappointed that it did not make check in any faster. In fact, we became the last ones to check in compared to walk-in guests. In the end the room that we had chosen was unavailable and we were given another room with a different view instead. Staff was very apologetic and offered us drinks while we wait. The ONLY commendable part of our whole stay. Was given complimentary late check out. Thought it was apology for the wait, in the end found out that it was actually one of the benefits of being a IHG member. So we went through all those trouble for nothing. Called housekeeping to ask for some forks but was told that the hotel does not provide such service as they are a limited something hotel blah blah. I mean, aren't there forks in the restaurant? Very inflexible. Breakfast crowd was too overwhelming and the hotel did not have a system of crowd control and seat allocation. It was chaotic. Guests have to find their own seats and the tables weren't cleared timely. Very bad. February 26, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for affordable short stay. Hotel was what I've come to epect and like about H.I. Express. It is good value and suits the need for a short stay. This particular property had smaller rooms and bathrooms than other H.I. Express that I have used. The matress should be turned more frequently as I felt that one side was lower than the other. Breakfast area was nice with plenty of outside space. Like many breakfast buffets, there was only one slow toaster that always had people waiting. Coffee and hot water machines were a bit confusing and a little messy. Hotel is very convenient to Clarke Quay restaurants and bars. February 25, 2015
