While preparing for a major presentation, I couldn't get it to print in the business center due to my internal firewall. Your front desk manager suggested I e-mail it to her at the front desk where she was able to print it out and save the day! While service is always a hallmark at IHG properties, the extra effort shown by your Sioux City staff deserves to be recognized. Thank you! November 2, 2014
