Clean, updated rooms complete with fridge, microwave, coffee and high speed internet. Quiet hallways and rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The only thing I can suggest improvement on is the shower head. I wasn't wild about that. Thank you August 7, 2014

Love the staff as they are always friendly and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The beds and bedding are more comfy than home. We feel safe there. The cleanliness of the entire hotel is the best I've ever seen. Wish we could use points on site and not have to book on-line or with a stranger using the 800 number. I worry that I have not done it correctly when I do it on line. So far it has been done successfully. We always get a suite when paying cash, but can only redeem points for the basic room. A person should be able to use points for similar room. One should be able to use points when arriving to any participating hotel without prior arrangements. All in all, very happy with your services. Top of the list for me. August 3, 2014
