AND IT IS IN A QUIET LOCATION BUT YET CLOSE TO THE MALL AND OTHER STORES AND RESTURANTS. WOULD RECOMMEND STAYING . February 12, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall experience` Hotel very good but parking lot and driveway were slushy and slippery. Suggest adding some sidewalk so that guests can walk over to the neighboring Foleys restaurant in the winter without having to walk a block south and then a half block across restaurant parking lot to get to restaurant entrance. Seems to me that better access would benefit both establishments. December 22, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home again.... I've stayed at this fine hotel once or twice a year pretty much since they opened for business. I don't even look for other hotels, because I know the stay will be what I both want and expect. It doesn't hurt that Foley's is right next door - one of the finest restaurants in the country - complete with a great bar and wonderful wine list. One little negative... The young lady at the front desk decided to debate my reservations with me, which was annoying. My business associate said to me as we left the front desk area that her management should remind her that the customer is always right. December 14, 2013
