The bed was very comfortable and we had a very good night's sleep. the bathroom was clean and the shower very comfortable and relaxing. The climate unit in the room was very easy to adjust to give us the temperature we wanted. The breakfast was excellent. There were many choices and the bacon and eggs were hot and very good. The ease of access from major highways is convenient, there are always places to eat conveniently situated by each Holiday Inn Express we have stayed at, hotel staff are wonderful, we wake refreshed, and the breakfast is great. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by poor resolution of a problem On the day we left I sent my husband to the room to retrieve our final items. As we were driving away I confirmed with him what items were left in the room and he stated that 2 of the items were not there and the beds had already been stripped. We left the hotel at 10:45 am and he was in the room at about 10:30. When I called the front desk they were only able to locate one of the two items and offered to mail it to me. The lady at the front desk was only interested in making excuses about how people leave items in the rooms all of the time and there were a large number of people checking out that day. The point I was trying to make is that extra care should be made when removing personal items from a room prior to the 11 am check out time. We also had very little success signing on to the Wi-Fi and finally gave up and used our 4G and the two of us went through 3 additional room keys in a one night stay because they quit working. I also thought the sheets were rough and of a poor quality. June 2, 2016
