New property, exceptionally nice for area. Had 2 bed room, double beds. Comfy but mattresses were noisy when shifting. Breakfast was enjoyable. Had issues at check in with IHG loyalty number not being recognized, no resolution offered as yet.

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel- room was quiet, clean and very comfortable and breakfast was great. Thanks to a friendly staff.

Thank you for a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Slave Lake. The rooms were exceptionally clean; the Staff was very welcoming and courteous and we slept great. We'll be back. Thanks again.

I do not thing it is necessary to repeat what I have already said. Please respect your guest's time and do not force guests to write at least 50 characters. Now the review once again
1. Poor Internet Speed.
2. Dirty Carpets.
3. Dirty Elevator. No one cleans it
4. Breakfast choices could be expanded.

Due to a interior designers non practical revilation, the window drapes only close to approximately 50%. There are shears on the windows but during the night time the adjacent apartment balconies have a complete visual of your hotel room. I guess if you run around in the dark of the room it would be acceptable. Maybe the interior designer thought that you should be in the dark when you stay there. Second problem is the lights from the balconies give you plenty of light so you wont stub your toe althought you need to be able to sleep with the light on or not at all. To be kind to the desk staff, what on earth could they do to resolve this issue, redesign the curtains or bolt up a temporary one.

Room was clean service from front desk was bad. Internet was worst I've ever seen, in hotel laundry service coin operated can not get change from front desk. Manager/ owner walking around hotel bare foot just a couple of thing will never stay again....

Asked to have my room cleaned at different times of the day because I was working night shift, staff seemed uninterested and even told me cleaners had went home for the day, even though they were cleaning the room right beside mine.
Front desk staff were impossible to talk to as they were always on the phone and would not acknowledge me standing in front of them at 3 different times for more than 10 minutes each time.
If it wasn't for the IHG points I earn I would not stay at this hotel.
