We stayed here overnight before going to Legoland with my kids. We arrived early enough to find a number of spaces in the car park, but could see when we retuned from dinner that it was full, so as per other reviews would recommend guests try to arrive as early as they can if they need to take advantage of it.
The reception team were lovely - polite, friendly, and very helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was very clean and bright, and our wifi signal was strong. I was concerned I was going to be kept awake by the noise of the trains, but once the window was closed the noise was minimal. The bed was comfy and the sofa bed (which my husband slept on, due to arguing kids!) was fine too. We did pop down to reception for extra pillows though.
The shower was great, and I was relieved the find the hair dryer was better than the usual kind you get in hotels.
Breakfast in the morning was better than I expected; I'm a vegetarian and there was a good choice for me. It's listed as a continental breakfast which to me means croissants and cereals etc, but as well as this there were sausages, beans and eggs too, so my husband and the boys were pleased. We went down just before 7am and it was already getting quite busy - by the time we checked out at 9.45 it was packed.
All in all, we had a good stay and I'd recommend it.

Excellent location next to train station, we caught the train into Paddington for a day out in London.

Helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel, easy check in, nice room, comfortable bed.
Cheaper than Heathrow hotels, but close enough for early morning flights.
Only problem was lack of parking when arriving late in the evening and having to pay in the station car park
