Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Pretty Good Experience My husband and I stayed at this hotel and found it to be very comfortable and relaxing. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff was nice and professional. We only stayed one night, but if we were to return to Smithfiield, we will more than likely stay here again. May 17, 2013

Front desk clerk did thank me for being a Priority Club member. They did not have the bag of goodies that I'm used to receiving as a Priority Club member. Ill stay again if in the area. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Place, Poor Service Most of the staff was nice enough, but they almost never had anyone at the counter. During the two weeks I was there, I probably had to go up to the counter 5 or so times and I think there was only someone there once or twice. It was expecially annoying trying to check-in, since we just had like a build-up of 6 or so groups trying to check-in while there was no one around and no bell or anything to alert them that you're looking for service. Also we had a guy that worked there come up while we were obviously working on business stuff in the common area and turn up the tv so loud he could hear it from the front desk which was probably 40 feet away. The place was nice enough and the breakfast was alright though it was not always out at 6:30 as promised. Basically I probably would have stayed somewhere else if our client hadn't been staying there. April 28, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by New with Opportunities Room was quite large, but would recommend curtains that fully covered the window as lights from the outdoor sign came through all night. Need to enforce no children in gym without adult rule. Breakfast choices very limited, and not replenished when we arrived both mornings. Staff very professional and friendly. April 20, 2013

She worked very hard to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Which we did. Also, nice room. Good location near I-95. Several decent resturants and a movie theather within walking distance. Thanks.
