Their drivers Edwin and Adam were great. Picked me up from the airport, told me about local restaurants and even drove me their after I dropped my luggage off in my room. Shuttled me back and forth to business meetings. The hotel was clean and neat. There was always plenty of food for breakfast (they had someone constantly restocking and cleaning the dining area). All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

My husband and I have been staying at this Holiday Inn for many years now. I have started noticing that the points earned per stay are really low. They used to let you spin for extra points when you registered, but recently took that away. We now have to stay over 20 nights to get a free stay when we are traveling. That is difficult to accept. We do not want a credit card as we have one. This hotel is clean and we have had good experiences there but we will be shopping around now.

Great hotel. Professional, friendly and excellent staff. Bed and rooms clean and comfortable.
Easy check in, and fast check out.

I like staying @ holiday inn express because I know what to expect. The rooms/beds are comfortable and clean. This room had damage to the coffee table and the wood in the bathroom. These didn't effect the comfort of the room.

I am an Elite IHG member and enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn. However, upon arrival at this location I was totally disappointed. The room was excellent as always. I always stay in an Executive King Suite. However, when desiring to retire to the indoor pool it was cold. The A/C was on and nobody knew when it would be usable. Then in the morning the breakfast bar was incomplete. No milk, yogurt, and the muffin tray was empty. I asked when will we have more milk and muffins. Nobody knew the answer. I was told they were still frozen. If your planning a short stay and do no swimming and fasting breakfast this is the place for you
