Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Blizzard of 2016 The worst blizzard for 28 years hit us the day after arriving at the hotel. The staff did everything possible to make the guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. The breakfeast area was kept open longer than scheduled so that those that were running late because of the storm would have something to eat. Management went above the call of duty and I would like to thank them and the staff. January 28, 2016

There had been some in the room but I was to see there was none at the buffet. The front desk clerk heard me asking for it and apparently went to housekeeping, found some and brought it to me.
