The lobby was sparkling clean, the check-in was seamless, and the place was, well, inviting. Our room was spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. Housekeeping does an outstanding job throughout, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay here again any time! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bathroom and room overall The bath was extremely dirty. The carpet was not vacuum. A big roach was on the floor from the day I arrive until I departed. I pointed it out to the rep. The bathroom overall was just dirty. All it needs is a little bleach to clean it up. Towels was left on the face basin. TV didn't work. It was told to unplug every time it doesn't work to reset. Internet was another crisis. You know most people who goes to hotel are on business. I would rather pay for Internet service than free if that is what is required, To not able to log on because it is so painfully slow when one have business to conduct is overly frustrating. I know you all can do better. There are lots of means. Happy to talk further. Donna August 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Had a great overall experience Was at the hotel for work so I was by myself. Every member of the staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast provided for free was very good. It saved me the cost of breakfast for five days. The choices were many and I would guess that they actually had more items than some of the restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. I got a good nights rest every night. I don't have any complaints for my weeks stay. August 11, 2014
