Room was nice BUT WE couldn't sleep...One of the A/C units on the roof just over the bed SOUNDED like a Harley starting up and running for about 10 minutes and then every 10 minutes..Also, there were kids across the hall, family came in late,running up and down the hall screaming...NOT a GREAT stay.... The next morning I went down to tell the front desk AND ALL he said was SORRY, I will let someone know... Wonder if he did...Wonder if they fixed it...AND we had just signed up for the Rewards program...He should have gave us a free room for the night or huge discount...We HAD other choices that were alot cheaper !!!!!!!

great owner and mgr, they really care about their guest and do interact with them while at the hotel.
The staff always greets me with a smile and makes me feel good after being on the road all day.
The staff also goes out of their way to answer questions about where to eat, what sites are great to visit along with whats close by in the other towns or cities.
