Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unfriendly Staff Overall I was not impressed with the staff customer service. It was also in direct comparison to my recent stay at another Holiday Inn in Bay City, MI. Apparently my member number was not connected with my reservation and when I checked in the woman at the counter, who was slightly rude to everyone she helped, she did not ask for it to add to my reservation. So I had to log into my account after the fact then contact customer service to add it. All of which was very inconvenient. One nice service from Holiday Inn is providing items that a traveler may have forgotten. I needed toothpaste and followed the instructions to call the front desk so that they can get some to my room right away. Well in this case when I called they said yes they have some and I can come down and get it any time. Now it's not a huge deal to go get it but when the expectations are that it will be sent to your room and that is not met there is some level of disappointment. January 25, 2016
