Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great value. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was a great value. The hotel needs to have a sign out by the road. We drove right by it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. October 25, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Small Room We have stayed in HIE in most of the 48 states and believe this one had the smallest room. There was a second lavatory area (sink/mirror) outside the bathroom that also had a sink/mirror. This made the bedroom area very small and there was no refrigerator or microwave. I would consider staying here again but would not accept this type room layout! October 24, 2014

It was also really expensive and again, without a microwave and refrig, it was way too much money to spend on a room!!! October 23, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Would stay again! We stayed four nights at this hotel! The rooms were kept clean and the beds/pillows were quite comfortable! The rooms are slightly outdated and our room had several stains of unknown origin on the carpeting! This hotel is quiet ans you're able to relax and sleep comfortably! The breakfast has quite the variety and suited our style of healthy eating! The gentleman taking care of the breakfast area did an outstanding job each morning and never lost his patience with the requests of several people at once! The pool/hot tub and gym area is ok but is outdated! My husband and I used the hot tub each evening but the whirlpool jets did not work. The button that controls the jets was broken and hanging out of the wall! It was addressed to the front desk and a few other people we talked with told the front desk as well but we never saw anyone in there fixing it! The parking area outside gets extremely packed and if you get back to the hotel after 9 pm, good luck finding parking! They let tractor trailers and large box trucks take up multiple parking spaces! I will stay here again because the value and amenities are good but I hope they do some upgrading in the near future! October 22, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Minor Problems My husband and I stayed there over Columbus Day weekend. It was fine with just a few minor problems - the jacuzzi wasn't working one night that we wanted to use it. The selection of breakfast foods (especially hot foods) wasn't that great. They ran out of food on Columbus Day morning and we all had to wait around for quite awhile before they brought out more eggs. And they didn't give us enough large towels for the shower. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible bed and poor breakfast maintenance Very expensive especially considering what you get. The bed sagged horribly. Neither of us could get even one good night's sleep. Midweek, the breakfast area was very poorly maintained. Countless items needed to be replenished. The lady on weekends did a far better job. With all the hotels in the area, I would not stay at this one again. October 18, 2014
