Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend Getaway Convenient to both Burlington and the airport and surrounding area. Clean room, but the heater blew cool air instead of warm, which is an issue in Vermont heading into the long winter season. Some issues using both IHG MasterCard Anniversary night and IHG points, misunderstood by the night clerk checking us in, but later resolved by the day staff and manager, which actually took longer than anticipated. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by THE place to stay in South Burlington ! This was our 2 nd stay in 3 weeks, we used the Stay Park & Fly and it was fantastic. This is an extremely clean and efficient hotel with friendly smiling staff. I had been staying at another large chain who suddenly raised their prices in an exaggerated way, so I found this wonderful hotel and believe me we shall return each time we fly out of BTV. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant, comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the clean, good-sized room. Although the furniture was outdated, the bathroom was larger than most hotels, and the second sink was very useful. The shower was great and it was nice to have several bars to hold onto in the tub and shower area.The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for a cot as we had three people in the room. Overall we all were very pleased with our stay at this hotel.The price was great too! December 4, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bed linens need to be better We are frequent visitors at this Holiday Inn Express and found the bed linens to be terrible on our last stay. When I pulled back the comforter the first night to get into bed, the bottom sheet was wrinkle and bunched in the middle, so I was sure it had been slept in before. The staff did come in and change the bed. After that it was a huge challenge to keep the bottom sheet on the mattress as we were sleeping. Each morning it was a big bundle of cloth in the middle as the corners had slipped off the mattress. I believe the problem was due to a mattress pad that did not fit. We might reconsider where we stay on our next visit to Burlington. December 3, 2014
