we had to spend one night for a show , upon arrival the staff were very friendly. the hotel is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and we will stay there again if we ever have to go back to Burlington.

Our AAU club enjoyed it's stay at the Holiday Inn & Express in South Burlington. The rooms were comfortable and the service was great, the players were able to relax before and after their games, and they especially enjoyed the swimming pool with their team mates. The deluxe continental breakfast was fantastic giving everyone a great variety of choices for breakfast. We would recommend this hotel to any group looking for an enjoyable place to stay. - Sincerely River Valley Blue AAU club.

I travel here on business. It's convenient. Leave a little early in the morning as traffic can slow you down a little.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Dinner at the Lake View is always great! The Lake View is right next door...and is only a one minute walk at the most.
The breakfast buffet has more than enough to choose from.
The staff always go out of their way...I highly recommend this hotel.

This is another example of old & tired. The staff tries their best but this place needs rennovating (which I am always told they are just about to do but I have been staying there for years & so far...) This is the only Holiday Inn Express, that I know of, where you have to request a fridge &, if they have one available it is delivered to your room looking much the worse for wear. Then you have to wait for it to get cold. Lumpy pillows, tired looking bedding, etc. Breakfast choices the same as in all Expresses need some variety. Very convenient location though.

Pleasant stay; comfortable room. Somewhat noisy heater/AC unit. Very nice staff. Easy to find but the hotel could use a larger sign near the road.

I cant say enough about how good this hotel is.I especially enjoy how helpful and pleasant the staff is.At the front desk I was helped by Walter and Jessica on two different stays and they both were attentive and pleasant.It can be frustrating dealing with customer service staff when you can tell they are having a rough day.I never experience this at this hotel and I am here on a weekly basis.Also they are always willing do do whatever you need to improve your stay.The rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable.The HD televisions are not cheap base models there are connectors in the back if you bring a gaming system and want to play some video games to kill some time.The restaurant is also very good too.I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Burlington.

Staff are friendly and helpful, especially in the breakfast room. We were traveling with three kids and we had different requests. This young gentleman was showing his patience and kindness to help us without losing his smile. Regarding the room, whatever we requested for the room was ready before we checked in. Room was clean and neat. The only thing we found little bit disappointed was the swimming pool. The water can be cleaner. Overall we had very good stay.
