Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Hot tub smelled of feces/ Shower had black stuff in it Our Family had 2 rooms. One of the rooms bathroom had some black matter on the bottom of the bath tub. It was around the mat. I went in the hot tub and there was an odor of feces. I reported it to the person at the desk and he said he would take care of it. about an hour later I saw some other people in the hot tub. I reported it to another employee the next morning. I am afraid to contract a disease from this. There was also a promotion top serve pancakes at night. My grand children were looking forward to this. The guy at the desk could not figure the machine out. He did give us some cinnamon rolls. I do not think I would stay at this hotel again. I hope the hot tub was cleaned. August 28, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful staff but hotel has problems CONS: There were multiple physical issues with this hotel. Our first room was lacking an outlet for the desk lamp. Then the A/C broke. We were moved into a second room which had significant mold issues in the bathroom ceiling, and the bathtub drain was clogged. Also, the tubs were never adequately cleaned. When I asked the housekeeping staff for help, they did not speak English. The mold issue was treated with bleach which overpowered the room. We were then moved to the third room which was satisfactory. PROS: You could not ask for nicer, friendlier staff. Also, the beds were so comfortable, with lots of pillows. August 24, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by hospitality and friendliness The front desk staff were very friendly and pleasant. In general , every member of the staff we dealt with, were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable and well made. We enjoyed our stay there and would not hesitate to go back because of the wonderful staff and the amenities that are available August 22, 2015
