Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not happy with this visit We were on vacation and stayed at hotels in different cities as we traveled the Northeast. We would consider this hotel the least to revisit. We stayed two evenings, the second day when we came back from sightseeing we had no soap in our room. When calling the front desk two men came up with both hands full of various soap, conditioner, shampoo etc..... All we needed was bar soap, which is what we requested. The noise level was bad, we heard people above, both sides of us and in the hallway. Before checking out the last day, we were eating our breakfast and saw one of the food attendants with gloves on push down the garbage in the garbage can then proceed to do other things without changing his gloves. I lost my appetite at that point. He was great at making sure the tables were wiped off and everything was well stocked. May 27, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great choice The staff at this Holiday Inn Express were excellent!!! After a long graduation day, we were unable to make it back to check out by the 2 pm deadline. The staff was more than accommodating! They were so understanding and gave us the extra time we needed to pack up without feeling pressured. The only problem with the room was every time the heater cycled on, it made a loud sound which woke me up. (And the pool liner really needs to be changed.) Otherwise, it was a wonderful weekend! Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ms SGPittman It was actually depressing to stay in this hotel. The room was noisy and the hallways were smoky. Although the bathroom was reasonable clean - there was no exhaust fan and the carpet looked like it had not been cleaned in months. I was bitten several times by something in the room and the mattress felt like it was 15 years old. We tried to get some breakfast Sat. morning and the dining room was so crowded we could hardly move; additionally, there were no tables and there was very little food left. Mattresses old with extra padding added to try and hide this, we did not have a comfortable sleep. Most important thing for me in a Hotel, is cleanliness and a good mattress. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel, Bad Design With one exception, everything about this property is nice: nice indoor pool with decent depth, spacious hot tub and sauna, adequate gym, accessible location, etc. The only negative isn't even a negative for the entire hotel - it's only the 5th floor. Because of the hotel's design, the 5th floor is largely isolated from the rest of the hotel. One needs to take the elevator or stairs down to the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th floor, then walk down another wing of rooms to another elevator/stairs to get to the 1st floor. This is particularly annoying in the morning when going down for breakfast. Another unfortunate reality of the 5th floor is that it lacks an ice machine and vending, again necessitating a trip to a different floor. Other than this design flaw, it's a perfectly nice hotel with friendly/attentive staff. April 2, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional service I was an elderly but able guest arriving with a huge suitcase at 9:30 p.m. Jane, at the reception desk offered to take my suitcase to my room while I drove to the section of the parking lot reserved for park&fly. What service! Then I took my aching back to the Jacuzzi where the attendant offered to bring extra towels to my room ( which i did not need.) I left there feeling great. Had a great sleep and a pleasant breakfast, a shuttle ride to the airport. Now I ask you , "What more can you want?" March 9, 2014
