Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional Hotel Have stayed at this hotel several times. Each time my fiance and I have found this hotel to be a top notch facility with a staff that is wonderful. From the time you check in to the time you check out you will find the staff, including the housekeeping and the rest of the support staff very accomadating to their guests. The front desk employees are very knowledgable of the area and the businesses that are around. They never miss an opportunity to personally greet each of their guests when arriving or departing the lobby, many times by the guest's name. The cleanliness of this hotel is the best that I have ever seen. Their location is excellent with the vast amount of eating establishments and shopping that is in the vincinity, many within walking distance. The hotel is also quiet and allows for a very relaxing stay. They have earned me as a customer for life. February 6, 2014

Staff is excellent, they go above and beyond to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Easy access to stores and main roads. Plenty of parking, close to great restaurants. Will return. The hotel was very clean, my room was spotless and the staff members were very polite. The meeting room was comfortable, clean and easily accessible. I have power cords for my projector along with a screen the hotel provided. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance from the hotel. If you are in Charleston, I suggest you give this hotel a try. January 13, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Did not accomodate When I arrived to check in, I was informed I had booked two rooms. I told the clerk it was a mistake and I only needed the one room. I asked him what we could do about it. He stated he couldn't do anything about it. So I was charged for both rooms. As an IHG member, I stay at Holiday Inn for the little perks such as service, the extra 'goodie bag' or bottled water. But not even offering to call someone to help me just took me by surprise. Later on the manager did send me an email to call him to work something out, but I did not call. He might have offered me something, but damage was done. January 6, 2014
