I have stayed 1 night each week for the past two weeks. I had cataract surgery both time at a local hospital. They allow us to check in at noon so that I was able to rest. I was remembered from one week to the next. This is a very welcoming hotel and the staff is great.

The staff was exceptional and the room was large with a nice desk. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel

our stay was great and we enjoyed it very much---had our two grandkids with us and they loved the pool and workout room---witch made our stay worth the trip....

Hotel staff was great. Upon checking the young lady fetched my toddler a cup of cold milk which went a long way with him. Staff was great and hotel was very nice. I would stay again.

Visited this hotel for the State Basketball Tournament. The location is perfect, but the staff were friendly, helpful, and enjoyable to be around.

My family and I stayed two nights recently at the Charleston-Southridge Holiday Inn Express. We have stayed with this chain before and loved it. However this hotel has problems. The pool is falling apart. The bathrooms are really bad. The carpet was bad and the closet doors had broken mirrors. There were not enough towels then when I did get more one was very stained with God knows what. The front desk girl in the evening was not rude but not friendly. The one in the morning proceeded to say some pretty off color things about obese people. I was pretty upset by the end of the second stay. Like I said in the title Less than impressed.
