Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Snowy Stay It snowed every day I was up there, but then again it is North Dakota. The staff was very helpful, the hotel was very well kept. You could see some places (like the elevator) that showed it was an older hotel, but everything else there was updated and very fresh. I will defiantly stay here again if I come back to Grand Forks. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice stay! We had an awesome stay! Very clean, the beds were comfortable and so were the pillows! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that disappointed us was the breakfast, as it is until 10:00 by the time we got down there around 9:30 that wasn't a lot of eggs or bacon left. Guess you have to get up earlier to get the "good" stuff. April 4, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent front desk We had originally booked a room which was not available due to computer issues. We were offered another room at a discounted rate if we wanted. At first I was less than satisfied with this offer, but accepted. When we got to the hotel the general manager offered his personal apologies and offered to set us up in the Priority Club with points to start off with. The room was great and the staff was friendly and very welcoming. The kids loved the jacuzzi in the room as well as the swimming pool of course! The room mix-up was more than made up for by the willingness of the GM and staff to make our stay very enjoyable. Will visit again in the near future. April 4, 2013

The young lady that checked us in was freindly and made us feel welcome. Staff were courteous throughout our stay and the room was very well looked after. April 2, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by late night actions On our second night, I had to call the front desk at least 4 times to complain of kids running up and down the halls.I was told that the parents were not listening or caring about what the kids were doing by the front desk. Our stay was great to that point but unfortunately last night was what sticks with me. The front desk told me they were close to calling the police. I don't know if it happened. I don't know hotel policy but when someone calls at least 4 times, I would think something should happen. I was not very impressed. After the last call to the front desk, I was so upset that I couldn't get to sleep. A terrible nights stay. April 1, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My Stay at Grand Forks I dropped in, unannounced, after travelling 500 miles already that day & was welcomed by 2 Wait Staff. I was offered a bottle of water & a snack & proceeded to my room after a hard days travel.The bed was great & I don't think I moved until morning. Needlesso say, I was happy with my stay.
