Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellant Staff in South Haven We came to South Haven for a Saturday night anniversary getaway. The hotel is beautiful and in a good location close to town. We had booked a jacuzzi room and our room was quite large! Check in with Jennifer was wonderful. She is really friendly and a great front desk representative. She even called our room after a few minutes to make sure everything was up to our expectations and if we needed any dinner recommendations. Very helpful and they are lucky to have her! Breakfast was the usual cereal, juice, biscuits and gravy and sausage. Love the cinnamon rolls! We would love to stay here again! May 9, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing and Convenient Location The hotel was very quiet and we were not bothered by hall noise or wake ups by cleaning staff. WE WERE TOTALY DISAPPOINTED THAT THERE WAS NOT A HOT TUB! That would have made the visit even more relaxing. The hotel was convenient to South Haven and to Saugatuck. Great Location! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Get breakfast early. The person who checked me in was very nice and helpful. Requested and received extra coffee. Got up to room to find out it didn't have the Keurig as she had thought. To tired to go back down. Went to breakfast at 9 AM. Very disappointed. Granted they were only serving for 30 more minutes but they were out of quite a few things and not tidy at all. Two families came down minutes after I did. One of the fathers went to the front desk to complain. The lady taking care of the area came out and put a tray of rolls out but nothing else. She did tidy up a little but not much. I did tell the front desk agent upon check out and she said she would give me back some priority points. I chose this hotel because it offered breakfast. April 4, 2016
