Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not many choices in this town... Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very unfriendly desk clerk... his general demeanor the entire weekend was dismissive. Our first room had a non functioning door. Our second room was dirty, stains on the beds, not properly vacuumed, remote control missing batteries. We were not told that the pool was not working upon arrival. We only learned it was not fit for use after trying to access the pool with our rook key and it would not work. We were told it would be ready in an hour... than another hour... then maybe tomorrow, but were never really given a reason as to why the pool wasn't available. April 13, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy Two Nights - Breakfast included: cereal options, fruit options, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage (one of the two mornings), muffins, fruit cups, bagels, coffee, juices... *only request would be a waffle maker... but otherwise, was happy with the options! - Bed included four pillows (two soft and two hard)... appreciated these options. - Charger conveniently part of bed lamp! - Only issue was that my neighbor had their TV on at a loud volume late into the night both nights... and I had to wake up early to attend a conference both mornings.... Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Awfull Service and Loud Hotel Worst Holiday Inn Service I have ever had. No one at the front desk for hours. Unable to check in for 30 minutes. Contacted management following my stay to give an opportunity before posting. Never even received an email or phone call back. Walls are paper thin and can hear the highway. Cable was out and not going to fixed during my stay. March 30, 2016
