IN a place where mom and pop hotels dominate, the HI flag was a welcome. sight. True to nature this hotel was neat, clean and offered all the services you would expect from a national brand. The sauna was a great perc. The staff was always there to assist. Next time in Tahoe, there is no question I will be staying here. Thanks.

Very well located, near restaurants, stores, supermarket and to ski/snowboard places. Very friendly staff, able to solve problems. Big rooms, big beds, big bathrooms. Space enough to put ski/snowboard gear without getting the whole place wet. Free parking, honest breakfast included in tariff. Only bad point is internet access that seems to be underdimensioned to the number of simultaneous guests accessing. Otherwise would be 5 stars in cost/benefit ratio. Strongly recommended.

Even though it is an exterior corridor property, the room was cozy and the water hot. The beds are little soft but still a great place to unwind.

This facility is one of the nicest we have stayed in. The room was great, quiet and nestled in among the trees. It was a great place to stay with lovely staff at the front counter.
Very happy we stayed there.

Hotel is very nice, but the breakfast was fair at best. The room was OK and the bed was fair, did not sleep well on that bed it needs to be a newer bed. Ice and soda was had to find and behind locked door. Price was high for what the hotel had to offer.

Nice, quiet location. Liked the outside entry to the rooms, nice and quiet, well arranged, average HI Express breakfast, but Carrow's is next door if you want a big breakfast. Very disappointed they did not have an exercise room, which I was planning on using.
