Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 HI portland This is our second time staying here. The rooms are super big so there's lots of room to spread out. The only thing I would improve are the beds. They're rock hard. I'd stay there more often if the pricing wouldn't fluctuate to so high at the dates of my visit. February 28, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel but... I am IGH gold customer but at this hotel the front desk person didn't even greet me as a reward guest. Not to mention for asking if I would take an extra 300 points or a bottle of water. She was like talking to a machine. A automated check-in machine would have been more pleasant. Hotel itself was good. An acceptable fitness center. Breakfast was "just like any other Holiday Inn Express" and the lady who was taking care of breakfast was very pleasant. Room was quiet and comfortable. February 2, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value Good value for over night stay before flight to Miami for our cruises. Park and Fly works great. Very handy to shopping and food. The front desk clerks is usually touch and go with this particular hotel. I had stayed here number of times. Sometimes you get great services with a smiles but other times you get your key to your room. This is the only Holiday Inn express that I never once get recognized as their Platinum member. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by EXCELLENT STAFF!!! We had no vehicle as we were dropped off for our stay before catching a flight the next morning. So, it was in the beginning of the big Winter storm and our flight had been cancelled for the next day. The hotel shuttled me to the airport and back AND my daughter and I to the mall and back in the snow! It was such a pleasant stay thanks to ALL of the staff here! I do not remember the two different shuttle drivers names, but I do remember the front desk man's name was Jason. He bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable even though we were basically stranded with no vehicle. Anytime we needed a lift somewhere, they were there to help us out. What a great group of staff!! Keep up the good work!! Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome. January 15, 2014
