Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Unsatisfactory Service Our check-in and room experience were fine and as expected. The shuttle service to the airport was also fine. On our return, however, we waited over 90 minutes for the shuttle. When we called the hotel and spoke with the manager on duty, all she would say is "the shuttle runs every 30 minutes." Not even an apology for our inconvenience! The shuttle finally showed up at 10:30 p.m. Also, the men's room off the lobby had a faucet that wouldn't completely shut off, which we reported to the front desk. He said they "were aware of it." California is in a very serious drought and you are wasting water down the drain! Shame on you! May 21, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good assistance from front desk staff in Seaward, Alaska I stayed in Holiday Inn Express in San Francisco because I have to park my car there for my cruise. I took a cruise from Holland America from Vancouver to Alaska. When I ended my cruise at Seaward, Alaska I had to take a train from Seaward to Anchorage where I catch a flight back to San Francisco. I found a Holiday Inn Express in Seaward so I talked to the front counter staff and asked whether I could use their computer to check in for my flight. He allowed me to use the computer when I showed him my membership card. This helped me a lot and I am going to use Holiday Inn Express in future as it provides the global support when I use my American Express Card. May 18, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by I did not stay at this hotel I have learned an important lesson here! I need to watch cancelation date even when it said easy cancellation. As a business traveler who is on the road over 200 nights a year I know that sometimes things change, in the past when contacting hotels directly I have found that they were willing to make an exception but not this time. The manager did email and offer a voucher for a night at that hotel good for a year. I accepted this offer and asked him to send a copy of the bill for the night of May 7th 2015, but I received no more communication from the hotel or Holiday inn. In the past I would have been staying 100 plus nights a year at Holiday inn properties now it's down to 40-50 in general just enough to keep status. May 16, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 1 night stay before flying Conference finished up in the morning and no flights out so needed a place or one night with an airport shuttle. The hotel is located next to a small McDonald's. Across the street is an IHOP restaurant. We arrived about 8:00 PM and left around 9:00 the next morning. The hotel was quiet, did not notice any aircraft noise in our room. Breakfast was good, although I would like to see white cream gravy for the biscuits. I would stay here again on a future visit.
