Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable clean hotel in good location for Airport We chose this hotel because it seemed to be the closest to the Cruise Terminal and offered parking for our car until we returned from the cruise. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room comfortable for short stay. We were only disappointed with the fact that parking for the duration of the cruise was about 20 minutes drive away and we had to find our way there ourselves. It was however a secure place to park and they did transfer us in a minibus to the cruise terminal. Transfer times to the port were about 20 minutes from the car park. We would have preferred to know in advance and allowed to make the decision for ourselves how far away we wanted to park from the Port. April 26, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Peppa's stopover We stayed as part of a two day trip to Peppa Pig World. the hotel was not far from PPW and well signposted. The hotel is clearly a hotbed for business as it appears more geared to that clientele. The staff were excellent and everything was very slick. Our room however, was less than ideal. We are a family for 4 with a 6 year old and a two year old. Our room was the furthest from the lift with double doors to negotiate and a pram. The room was one double with a sofa bed extended for the other bed, which ate the remaining space in the room. The quality of the sofa bed was very poor and was on a tilt which meant your feet were higher than your head. The air con was switched on and was on max all night but didn't stop the temperature from being quite uncomfortable. Lastly, the bathroom was only a shower room. Not what we would have chosen nor were we advised that's what we were given. Outside of the room, everything else ran like clockwork and was clearly a popular stop for businesspeople. Only downside, I noted was the plume of smoke from the smokers outside the front door April 25, 2016

If any improvements could be made then I would recommend the above be improved and also additional selection to the dinner menu would be advantageous and probably somewhere to watch sports too. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 2 Night Business Stay Check in was swift, offered a choice of rooms. The room was bigger than usual, clean & inviting. Breakfast was good even bacon, however; the dinner menu was a let down, very little varity although the food offered was quite tasty. I am due in the area again soon & will definatley stay there again. April 24, 2016
