We found the hotel to be in an excellent location, easy to get to and very close to shopping and many nice restaurants. The facility is clean, nicely decorated and well-kept. Breakfast had a nice assortment of items, including items for people watching their intake! We love the consistency of the Holiday Inn Express hotels and seek them out whenever we travel! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by easy to get in and out We had come in for family and had a great time and we came in and out of our room didn't have any trouble parking signing in or out. Shopping was near by and could have walked to places to eat. We did find all was clean and well stocked the breakfast was hot and fresh and brought out quickly had almost no waiting on things that were used the most. December 1, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Good..Reservation was not what was requested So when we arrived for our 2 night stay we got checked in by a pleasant employee! Went to our room tired and exhausted and opened the door to a 2 Queen room instead of the booked King executive suite. Thinking it was a mistake I head back downstairs to change rooms and was told that they were sold out and that is what we get! OK...so if I booked it online and it stated there were executive Kings left then why didn't we get that? We were tired and just wanted to go to bed but it is very disappointing as we have stayed at a lot of HIE hotels and never have we been 'downgraded'.....a few times we were upgraded due to sell outs! Was not offered an apology just told 'it happens'! Not really good business in my opinion! November 17, 2014
