Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by THIN WALLS ;-( This was the first time I had stayed at this location and was VERY disappointed. I was sitting in my room at 8;15 pm and was shocked and appauled that I was hearing a conversation in the next room. I called the front desk to inquire if complaints regarding the walls were common. I was told that the walls were thin. I informed the front desk that the conditions were unacceptable. Andy was very patient and incredibly accomodating and offered to bring up keys for a different room. He was very apologetic that he had to move me from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor. If not for Andy's extraordinary effort to correct the situation I would have taken my business elsewhere. The room he relocated me to was wonderful. Andy is an amazingly positive and helpful employee. 5 stars for Andy! April 8, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A good place to stay We have been staying at this HIX since it first opened and visit there several times a year. The staff knows us and are very friendly. They always ask about our family members who live in the area. We are Platinum members of the Priority Rewards program and are recognized as such and thanked on every visit. We receive room upgrades if they are available without having to ask for them. The breakfast buffet is usually well stocked and they are prompt in refilling any items that have run out during busy hours. Several newspapers are available for reading. We don't use the pool or the exercise equipment, but they are available and used by others. On the rare occasion where there has been a problem with the room, the staff has been quick to resolve it. I highly recommend this hotel as it is easily the nicest one in the area. February 20, 2013
