The front desk associate was extremely accommodating and helpful getting us a room that would best serve myself, wife, mother in law and baby. I called the Holiday Inn to see if they had any rooms available for early check in...At the time they didn't, but Tyler assured me he would have me taken care by the time I arrived and I was pleasantly surprised that he did. He made what was becoming a very stressful situation to a pleasant customer service experience and I truly appreciate the way he handled my issue. So many times, we take ok customer service as the norm, that we forget there are places that truly care about the customer and making them feel like they are truly appreciated as a customer. Thanks Tyler and Holiday Inn (SPG North) for a great stay...this is by far one of my favorites when visiting the area due to location, ease of getting on the interstate, and always feeling so good when you leave their establishment. I especially enjoy the desk staff as that is the difference maker - all the amenities and rooms are about the same. It's the staff that matters; and at this property Justin made all the difference!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great location, clean and comfortable had to be towed off I-85 after dark, requested towtruck driver bring me to HIEx due to previous satisfaction with the chain. This location did not disappoint. Room very comfortable and totally quiet at night. Needed peace after stressful evening. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast girl was especially kind. Had to hang around good part of the next day and staff stored luggage for me. December 1, 2014
