The night clerk here told me he couldn't do that. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and conducive to a good nights sleep. Everyone was friendly, especially the staff in the breakfast area. Thank you. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by I left at 3 AM bc couldn't breathe! With no help from the front office, I decided to leave the hotel and just head home. I was going to go on the river the next day but because I was up all night coughing and having a hard time breathing, I just had to leave and go back home (1.5 hr away) I was NOT HAPPY! I am still not. The ac didnt work. they had no fan. NO options. The room had to have mold or something becasue it just smelled like a mold factory. Please dont blame that on all the rain. MY HOUSE doesnt smell that way! August 26, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Fair Room Last year we had a great experience at this hotel. We were treated well and had a great experience. This year the room was not cleaned adequately, we had to ask for hair conditioner, and the August Pancake night (widely advertised at the desk and announced by the desk in Tampa) was not mentioned at check in so we missed it the first night of our stay. The overall experience was just not what we are used to at a Holiday Inn and not what we experienced at this same location last year. We were recognized as Priority Club members but there was no water or other treat given to us a check in. There was a late check out granted to us, which was greatly appreciated. August 19, 2015
