Dawn at the Front Desk was not only knowledgeable about the area and it's surroundings, but as friendly a person as you will ever meet. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel! Friendly staff. The staff was very accommodating, kind and friendly. Room was large and had anything you could want. The room had quite a musty smell upon arrival, but there was a housekeeping staff member in the hall and I asked her if she had some room freshener, and she came right away and sprayed. Smell was gone after that. Nice room, easy to find, nice location close to highway, shops & restaurants. November 8, 2014

It is something that I would have a hard time reporting to the front desk as I know how difficult traveling with children can be. It was very satisfying overall. October 29, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Updates I have been staying at this hotel for about 8 years, I feel it is time to update the furniture and carpet in the rooms. Or at least clean the carpet it is very dirty. The tables and chairs in the dining room need to be replaced. The carpet also needs to be replaced or cleaned. The food needs to be improved. The so called omelets were dried and didn't taste good. The toasters didn't work well. The milk in the refrigerator was not as cold as it should have been The microwaves in the room could be replaced. October 25, 2014

When we called the front desk, the response was immediate with a trip to that guests room and follow up call to us. The music volume was temporarily lowered. When it restarted, again the response was immediate by the front desk staff with another follow up call. A half hour later the music was on again but at a more moderate volume. October 23, 2014
