Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay We had a wonderful stay over the new year holiday. Our Housekeeping Lady Doris took excellent care of us (family of 5) and was always patient with our requests - extra towels or soap. Overall our stay was pleasant and the kids enjoyed making pancakes every morning for breakfast. I would suggest changing breakfast meat selection more often. I would recommend a stay here to anyone who is traveling or visiting the area and especially to a family with young children or special needs children. January 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great accommodations but food not so good The staff was wonderful. The room exceeded our expectations. Bed and pillows were comfortable, towels were great; a pleasant surprise for a motel. But the breakfast was not so good. Eggs were rubbery (both scrambled and hard boiled) and coffee in the lobby was old and stale. Pancakes offered no real flavor and the toaster was not working properly. The snack machine on the second floor was not accepting paper money. January 22, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Overbilled, poor breakfast We stayed at the Spring Hill Holiday Inn as it was the closest reasonably priced hotel. We were in this area to visit relatives. We were overcharged for the room after booking on-line and are still trying to get it straightened out. For the breakfast the eggs were terrible (probably powdered) and the sausage patties were some sort of gray indeterminable meat, if they even were meat. I feel sorry for whatever creature gave up it's life to be turned into this tasteless mess. We would have stayed at a different brand of hotel (they won't allow the name to be mentioned here) if it had been available in a reasonable difference. January 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Spring Hill Nice Service This was my very first stay at the Spring Hill Holiday Inn Express. Overall my experience was very good, and the Staff was very nice. What was not so good was the temperature in the room. The outside weather was a little cold but when I tried to turn up the heat, it didn't work. In fact when I put the temperature on a lower setting, it worked just fine. But I wanted the heat. Also I asked for more towels at the front desk, they assured me that I would get some but when I returned to my room later that day, there were no new set of towels. Thankfully I had one more set that wasn't used. LW January 15, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great guest room - Worst breakfast ever This hotel's guest suite was great. Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly housekeeping. The picture on the TV was terrible but we didn't stay there to watch tv. The complimentary breakfast was the worst we've ever had and we stay at a lot of HIE hotels. They were out of several items and the hostess didn't seem to care when I brought it to her attention (bacon/sausage, eggs, 2 of the 4 juice offerings). So, if you don't go there for the TV or the breakfast, this is a good place to stay. January 6, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Almost as good as expected We were not expecting the same quality as other Holiday Inns in larger cities but the food quality was really not good in comparison. Also the beds were good and better than the ones at the hotel we moved out of the night before but not as good as we typically have at a Holiday Inn Express. The service was great from all staff members. The rooms were clean and we rented 3 of them. Although you want to get an even numbered room on the back side of the hotel because the street noise out front could be heard in one of our rooms. The pool was pretty lack luster. Even in the summer we probably wouldn't use it. But all things considered we would possibly stay at this hotel again in the future. January 5, 2015
