My husband, son and daughter-inlaw, and myself thoroughly enjoyed our night stay and would recommend this hotel. It was immaculate throughout and beautifully decorated.

I have stayed at this hotel several times as it is close to home and I need an overnight getaway. On my last 2 visits there was debris on the floor. I was very disappointed. Prior to those times, the rooms all appeared to be very clean.

The Hotel was up to the Holiday Inn Express usual standards, which is good in my experience as I travel frequently for work. It was near several restaurants, chain and non-chain variety. They could really improve on the internet speed, which was fairly slow. I also know it was not really summer time but there was only one lounge chair that you could lay in by the pool and is was in need of replacement. My main complaint was the early check out fee for leaving a day early.

The Hotel is quiet and our room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was not up to par, there was no meat, bacon or sausage with the continental breakfast.

Very nice spacious room with clean bathroom. Lots of good food choices at the complimentary breakfast. Lots of good stores and places to eat close by.

Hello, I have noticed for some time now that the 'Holiday Inn Express' brand service level has deteriorated. However, we were not prepared for the level that it dropped at this location in Spring Hill, FL:
1. When we arrived, I wanted to have a quick shower before heading out. There was no hot water. When I called the front desk, the man I spoke to said there was not much he could do because he was very busy. I had noticed it busy when I had checked in a few minutes earlier. Later, about 15 minutes, I dropped down and found our 'busy' front desk man out front with another staff member - smoking.
He apologized and said something like "everyone must have decided to have a shower at the same time".
2. Each time my wife and I went in or out, a member of your staff, including your cleaning staff, would be smoking at the front doors; this made it awkward for us non-smokers to have to run through their smoke - and this happened almost every time.
3. Breakfast was disgusting - almost empty trays of food; coffee was so watered down, it was like dirty hot water. When another guest brought back coffee from (I think) Dunkin Donuts, a member of your staff commented "oh, real coffee!!!" right in front of your other guests!
4. There was never a greeting when you went in or out from any of the front desk staff - often we would be the only ones entering and they were not busy, but they wouldn't even look up. When we said 'hi', we were barely acknowledged in return.

Everything was what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express! Room and bathroom were very clean and smelled fresh. Convenient location and great value for the price. Staff were all smiling and courteous. But, front desk staff should all have local knowledge of restaurants and things to do in the area, without just pointing to the rack of pamphlets. It's time HIE rethinks their breakfast choices. Microwave eggs, gravy, biscuits, etc. are mediocre at best. Selection of muffins, bagels, donuts are straight from Costco. Only fruit offered was a banana. And, please get rid of those disgusting pancakes! Would definitely stay again if we're passing through the area.

Room was clean but could use some updating. Bed ok, but pretty hard. Convenient location, staff very friendly but seemed understaffed as they were very busy and didn't answer the phone on the multiple times we called when we were looking for recommendations for dinner.
Overall, fine for 1 night.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and it will be my last. The mattress had to be the poorest quality you can buy, and the breakfast was just sad. In addition, the desk clerk coughed and sneezed all over us the whole time we were checking in.

We stayed for four nights and was very happy with our stay. The facility is neat and clean, rooms very nice and service was very good. We were impressed with the breakfast menu, the only thing I could say that could be improved is the egg, sausage and biscut warmer needs to be warmer. The eggs were luke warm. Many choices to choose from, cereal to pancakes to eggs. Will stay there the next time we are in SpringHill.

Stayed here for 2 nights visiting relatives. The room we booked had 2 queen beds. Nice size room, very comfortable beds and very clean. Bathroom was super clean and a nice size also. A/C worked awesome. Didn't use the pool so can't comment on that. Staff was super nice. Received fresh baked cookies when we checked in! Breakfast is included and was fine - bagels, cereal, think there was a pancake maker. Overall a great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express many times over the years it has been open. It has always impressed me with being clean, well kept up, very friendly staff, and excellent value for the money. I will continue using this hotel as long as it retains its current high standards.
