After 12 hours of driving, I went in to check in, and the desk clerk (I think his name is CJ?) said "Oh, your grandmother called and said she would like to take you to dinner!". He had it all written down to tell us when we arrived! The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed our stay there. March 26, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Smell! Upon arriving we were greeted cordially enough. Room size good, bed comfortable. Staff not very friendly. Bad musty smell coming out of the air conditioner. Almost unbearable. Smell was in all my clothes. Mentioned this to the front desk. Also a drip out of the tub faucet also mentioned to the front desk. Absolutely nothing done and don't think they intended to either. Certainly not worth what I paid for. Glad it was only for 2 days! Would I stay again NO! March 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by traveling golf crew i was very pleased with the hotel-i have stayed for the past 3 years with 8-12 other guys who just come down to play golf for 5 days. i was not happy that the rate went up as much as it did this year. i was advised by the front desk to conatct the manager which i will do-overall the place was neat as a pin (as always) which for my part is most important March 22, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Management Issues The management team at this hotel was seriously lacking in customer service, Booked a room with 2 Queen as part of a group - when checked in they had assigned a room with King which was unacceptable for our needs. Desk clerk response "there is nothing I can do" - had to switch with another member in group but none of records switched resulting in being charged on my credit card for two rooms. Reservation was for 4 nights - room assigned was only for 3 nights - hotel would not add another night - had to go to HI website and book a room for additional night at a higher rate plus the aggravation of having to check in and out of a room. Hotel refused to make adjustments. Also refused to honor Rewards Club. If you stay at this hotel, be aware, you will be expected to handle issues on your own. March 16, 2015
