The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable but rates are fairly high. Newly remodeled breakfast area has plenty of room for seating the breakfast eaters, but they did not plan well for setting out the breakfast items. The coffee area is incredibly cramped as is the rest of the counter space.

The locations was easy to access and the room was fantastic. We were able to relax on the couch and watch television instead of having to sit on the bed.
The entire stay was great.
We look forward to returning soon.

This was not my first stay at this Express and I was once again delighted. The rooms are huge! Plenty of room to work and relax. This staff is top notch, they are so friendly, I would say they are not overly knowledgeable of the area, everything I asked for they had to google, I could have done taht myself and they weren't good with recommendations but they tried and did so with a smile! Everything looked so new in the breakfast area and clean! I will be back.

I stayed here for two weeks. The entire staff was more than helpful throughout as I needed help finding a church while staying and were more than accommodating when it came to getting a last minute reservation.

We stayed at this hotel because we were receiving a special wedding rate and because we are usually very satisfied with Holiday Inn Express Hotels. We were not disappointed. The staff was very patient with the wedding guests as they gathered in the lobby for a sing-a-long the night before the wedding.
The room was comfortable and we had easy access with being on the first floor. We also appreciate that this is a pet free hotel.
We did receive a promotion card to receive 1000 points for watching a video. However, we have not been able to find access to the site where we are to enter the password or code.

What can I say, except, GREAT JOB! Your staff was friendly from the moment I walked thru the door. The room was clean and comfortable every day. The breakfast bar was kept clean and well refreshed...The food that needed to be was hot and the coffee was great! Overall the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in.
If I had to come up with a negative; maybe a newer treadmill in the gym.

Friendly and helpful staff. I was in a "remote" building on 2 consecutive weeks of business travel. Very little activity in this building so it was nice and quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows. It all worked out well.
