Hotel was pretty nice and staff was friendly which is good for me but my wife and myself are always about the rooms. As soon as we walked in it was muggy and it stunk. Another issue my wife did not like was that the water smelled really bad. It was bad enough for her to take a shower at one of our friends house before went back to hotel for bed. We had friends that stayed there as well and they had the same issue. I am a Diamond member with IHG so I stay at IHG hotels a lot and never had a bad experience. September 28, 2014

Heather at the front desk helped me get shuttle transportation (even though the shuttle doesn't run on the weekends) and the shuttle driver was very nice and helpful. He informed me about a taxi service (jesse) was very nice and not as expensive as yellow cab. Overall we had a great stay September 25, 2014
